Waited almost 10 minutes before being acknowledged by staff, finally seated, waited another 5-10 minutes. Finally just got up and left. First time there, and last time there. Only two other groups in the entire place, shouldn't have been that complicated to take care of four people.
I took my wife and kids in for pie and milk shakes after a day of shopping. Sounds pretty simple. After waiting at least 10 minutes after being sat, a couple at another table asked their waitress to help us. We ordered and after waiting again, a different waitress came back with two drinks, no pie, and to tell us they were out of ice cream for the shakes. We got up to leave after all of this wasted time, only to be charged 6 bucks for two drinks and terrible service. The staff was a joke, poorly dressed, unfriendly, and poor customer service. When I spoke with the manager he agreed with my complaints, but seemed as unprofessional as the rest of the staff and no more eager to help resolve this. He informed me there was nothing he could do since we already paid. This place was dirty and poorly run with a complete disregard for customer service. My family and I will never go back.
Had french toast platter. The eggs were over medium like I requested and they were very good. The bacon was crispy and the French Toast was delicious!
We were in Ponca City for a wedding. We went with family to the Ponca City Perkins for breakfast, arriving at 10am. We were a large group ( approx 15 people). Our order was taken and when the food started coming out, everyone received their food with the exception of my brother in law and myself. Everyone else had finished their meals when my nephew went out to the kitchen and asked what was going on. We were informed the kitchen "forgot to make our orders". I might add that my wife and I were on an individual ticket, so its not like it was lost in a long list of orders; there were only two on that ticket. Needless to say, everyone had finished eating by the time our breakfast arrived. Not as much as an "I'm sorry" from the management.
Lots of meal options at all times. Optimal service, sometimes it does get busy and it takes a bit of time for the waitress to come due to customers not requesting specific items at time of order. Like sauces they want, side items and specific way that they want their food to be done. Service would be faster if others offered this to others.
