When I first came to Ponca a few years ago, I wasn't impressed with this Arby's. But in the last year and a half or so they've really stepped up their game. I've been very pleased with the quality of food and speed of service. And their customer service has been very nice as well. The only reason I give them 4 stars is that this store desperately needs an update. But that isn't the employees fault. They're doing a great job. Keep it up!
