The bad review thing is circulating around town and a few people have said that this guy has done the same to them. Buyer beware. It happened to me too.

Edit: Its been three days and I received a call from the account manager saying that the "regional manager" wants the couches returned because I left a negative review here on Google. That's the only reason, because I left a bad review. I've managed a few places and never would I demand my unhappy customer for something because they left a negative review. I'd take the matter into my own hands and fix the issue. As a cutomer, I'd expect the same. Definitely going back to Rent A Center.
I've had problems with every Aaron's I've ever had to deal with. Being called a liar isn't cool. At least the guys at Rent A Center respect that I work nights and have a little baby and wait until the afternoon to beat on my door.
