LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr Bowman and her staff. Wouldnt trust any one else with my lil man Capone. He is treated gentle and loved on the whole time he is there.
Having 6 pets, this place handles them very well and in a professional manner. And prescribed them the medicine they needs and didn't try to up-sell me. Highly recommend!
Good service, reasonable prices. However, twice when I've needed emergency services, this vet was NOT available. I guess there is only one vet in this practice and if she is out of town or whatever, I've had to scramble to try to find another vet to see my cat(s) in emergency/after hours/weekend calls and no one wants to see someone else's client without records or on an emergency basis only. I'm not very happy about this.
The customer service is standard, it's pretty good. However DO NOT do check holding. This establishment does not grasp the concept of when they should and shouldn't be cashing written checks. The first time I did this with them it took them TWO WEEKS after the day they were supposed to cash my check to cash it. Now, they cashed my check TWO DAYS EARLY and now I have an overdraft fee because of their stupidity. I will never come back here.
