I ordered a large meat lovers pizza over the phone tonight , when my husband went to pick it up, they said i ordered a supreme , my husband was mad ,
worst experience I've ever had there. Ordered my food got up there to get it they said I wasn't in the system. They acted like I didn't even call I said I have it on recording that I called. I had to sit and wait another 15 minutes for my order. The girl that waited on me was very snotty and hateful like it was my fault. the management should have gave me a discount for me having to wait. They used to do that in the past. There was only two customers there at the time and seven or eight people working in the in side. It will probably be a while before I go back and I am a good customer I go at least 3 or 4 times a month. This was the Ponca City Oklahoma Pizza Hut evening shift Monday night
And we just love the wings...
Had my grandson's birthday party there. The service was excellent.
