Love this little shop!
Not a good business. They sell items that are expired and once noticed upon return the female with bleached white hair turns her back towards you and refuses to listen and return your money back to you. After mentioning that the owner of the store would probably be very upset if she knew how this female was treated the products and customers. She hatefully had said to me that the owner would treat me the same way. So my assumption was left that this store is a fake wholesome store out to steal peoples money. If that is not bad enough this same girl eats while you ask her a question as well as trying to push you out the store in a hurry so she can close the store early at the same time as wearing clothing that shows most of all of her breasts. At one point I over heard her complaining about how much time customers take away from her while the shop as she was talking about buying paraphernalia. In conclusion, it is my observation that either the owner needs to be informed of this worker or this owner needs to be fined for not properly making noticed of expiration dates and closed for selling items that could potentially be harmful.
I was kicked out for having a Service dog. I was first very excited to see the store and went in planning to buy supplements and dog treats, but when I entered, an employee wrongfully told me my Service Dog was not allowed in the store. I tried to explain the federal law protecting my rights but it was no good. They asked for my paperwork, which is also illegal and violates my rights, and told me my dog was not allowed because it was Medical Alert as opposed to Seeing-Eye. I left the store trying to hold back tears, I was thoroughly embarrassed and discriminated against for having a Service Dog that mitigates my disability. I would rather go to Whole Foods anyway. I hope the shop better educates themselves on the law. Until then I will not be shopping here and I will encourage others not to shop here either.
