Worst experience I've ever had vary rood did not even cut the hair on my neck told her I wanted a bald fade the hair on the side of my head I can grab it's so long

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
I have no complaint on the lady that did my hair when I went and had it done. She did a awesome job on my hair. But I do have a complaint on the manager that works there because the whole 3 hours that I was there I had to listen to the manager that was on the phone fight with her husband/boyfriend whomever it was on the phone and I watched her turn customers away stating that she was not on the clock. Then today my daughters went there to get their hair done and the manager opened and said that there was going to be a long wait because she was not doing their hair that she had a ear infection and that they had to wait on another employee to get there! I called the corporate office and complained.
