The lines are long.....too few checkers.
Parking was easy and leaving the parking lot was quick. The employees were pleasant. My checker was fast, nice, and proficient. It was easy moving around through the aisles. The shelves were completely stocked and I found everything I needed quickly. The items were marked correctly, with the prices, on the shelves. They have all sorts of holiday food out and, I like the change . They even had pumpkin Cheerios, which I purchased. The only problem that I had was with the coffee creamer in the cold section. I buy butter pecan creamer in the large 32 oz container. Last time I bought creamer they did not have the large container any longer so I bought the small container which is 16 oz. It saves me a dollar by buying the 32 oz instead of 2, 16 oz containers of butter pecan creamer. This time they did not have butter pecan creamer at all. They had placed eggnog in with the creamers and took out the butter pecan creamer. What a disappointment. The kids and I love the butter pecan creamer in the mornings. I hope they get it back before long.

I love it everyone is nice and friendly and helpful. Everything is easier to find than other Walmart shopping centers that I have been to. Every time I go in to the store someone is always clean which in my book is a great thing. Thank you for making this a good store to come back to
Will avoid this store. No more "20 Items or less" lanes. Not worth my time. Being able to exit this place in 30 to 45 minutes is important to me.
Came here to shop and get a oil change. Done shopping1 hour later. Still waiting on oil change. No cars in bay when I got here and still no vehicles in bay. They could of had 2 done in a hour. Service is not good anymore here in Ponca City, Ok. Not very happy on that part.
