In December of 2016, I took my daughter in for the 3rd time to have the doctor look at her teeth. While we were there the doctor was very rude and told us our insurance wouldn't cover what my daughter needed and that we needed to borrow money from family if we couldn't afford the procedure, this is after he scared my daughter by telling us about the procedures she would have to have performed if she didn't get a palette expander and braces immediately. After leaving the office, I called our insurance and they said they didn't know if it would get denied until the doctors office sent in the paperwork. I called the doctors office to have them do so and Taryn Cobb answered the phone and was extremely rude and hateful when I asked if she would send the paper work to insurance and proceeded to tell me that I was waisting her time and chewed me out. After that I got on facebook and wrote a review about my experience, now almost 6 months later she got on and started attacking me and then blocked my review from being read by others. Please don't waste your time or money on this office!
