Their customer service is poor. On several different shopping trips, I have had to find my own dressing room while workers stood around talking. Recently, when shoppoing for shoes, I asked an associate for an additional size. She brought her manager over, Rachel, who let me know that's all they had. I asked her if they keep additional sizes like the sign said because this seems to always be a problem. She became very defensive and stuttered

"Well...yeah...but just not now!" Then she walked off! So much for customers being their number 1 priority. But it could be just bad management because I've never had any problems at other Maurices'.
