Everyone needs to realize this is a satellite, ONE person office. James was very professional, picked me up right when he said, he had the car I had requested which was clean and full of gas. The office was clean and paperwork was completed quickly. Yes - I will use them again!
The person there really acted like a jerk. They also came up with all kind of rules and regulations which was over the top. They wanted me to also bring in bills from the electric company and gas company for starters. I did all of that. But the more I talk to this guy and ask question he was very stiff about everything. Not very friendly. Hertz is a lot better then Enterprise by a long shot!!! Do no use this company!! Their customer service sucks!!!
Been planning a family reunion trip for almost a year now. I reserved a vehicle over a month ago in preparation for a thirteen hour drive. Departure day is here and they don't have a vehicle for me. Thanks Enterprise, you truly are the company the will F#@K you up!! You'll never see a nickel of my money again!!!
