Purchased a truck and an extended warranty on the motor and drivetrain. The truck was a 6.0l diesel which are known to fail. Dealership told me not to worry about the motor. Less than a year the motor needs replaced after driving roughly 15,000 miles. Dealership says warranty company won't cover to replace it. Warranty company says normal wear and tear. Dealership proceeded to tell me it's bad luck. I hauled the truck home. Dealer left the note at the bottom of this review and I have messaged them 3 times without a reponse.

Love my new Raptor. I purchased my first 2014 Raptor also from Bowkers and always had it serviced there. Now I have the new 2017 Raptor and do not plan on going anywhere else. What a great group of people. Always ready to help.
Took my Hyundai in to their service department. They had no problem getting me taken care of fast and I was extremely happy with the cost. No one wants a big car repair before the Holidays. I needed some new tires but had to wait on those. Tyler took great care of me up there and didn't try to pressure me into any more than what I wanted done. Definitely would return.

I arrived to Jim using my name to say "good morning" and ready to move my car in for servicing. The guest lounge was perfect for me to get some needed reading done. Upon completion of the check and servicing of my car, Tyler explained the printed user-friendly checklist of what the technician did. Even though I drove 25 miles from my rural home to Bowker Ford for servicing and could have it serviced within half the distance, I will travel to Ponca City when the mileage requires the next check. The personnel's integrity and commitment to do the best job possible because they care about their customers will bring me back to Bowker Ford.
