Generally very friendly great service - BUT - inconsistencies in making drinks leaves you wondering if you will get the right drink made to Starbucks standards.
We checked online for their hours. "Closes at 9pm on Saturdays"... we drove an hour to Ponca and got there at 8:14 pm. When we walked in the gal there told us she was closed!!! Even their hours there were posted closed at 9pm. We were VERY angry. You shouldn't be able to turn away customers just because you started to clean up before closing time!
Location. They are inside food pyramid so it's not like a real Starbucks. Also can't redeem rewards because of that. But workers are friendly and helpful.
Kinda lame. Can't use rewards, etc. Baristas cone and go quickly and often don't make everything as a real Starbucks would. Almost always a little disappointed with either the attitude of thr baristas or the product, but there isn't much else here. Sometimes theyb get it right.
Normally there is a blonde who is very good and always friendly. She's my favorite face when coming to this Starbucks. Always makes my drink right. Today, two girls were working. Both were extremely rude. Maybe they should find a job they love or at least fake it. After we paid she rudely shoved the tip jar up on the counter in between the edge of the counter and the register. The girl who made our drinks, was also unfriendly. She made our drinks wrong and only filled the cups up to a little over an inch from the top, while dumping out enough to make a small frappe. I wish there was a better way to contact management because I absolutely would. I drive over 30 minutes to this Starbucks and across state line. I'll just start going to Derby.
